July 11th, 2010 Events and Everything teamed up with Rocky's Ace Hardware again for its 2nd Annual Rocky's Run in addition to Teamsters Bill Stoner and Stefan M. We had the best day for riding and having an outdoor event. While Bill and Stefan took care of the ride itself Events and Everything and Rockys handled the planning for the rest of the event which included the big after party. Over 60 business donated toward our raffle table or towards other portions of the day. We had a huge raffle table with over 30 prizes in addition to three major prizes including Boston Red Sox Tickets. Bringing a twist to the raffle table I created a Loser Drawing... all loser tickets went into a huge bucket for a second chance raffle which seemed to be a huge hit. In addition to we had cotton candy, face painting and caricuture drawings. Olive Garden made a donation by providing food for our food table and TD Bank donated proceeds to help fund the event. This year we raised about $4000.00 which was less than last years event however we had less than half the bikers so overall it went fantastic for the amount of people who turned out. Our next Ride is being planned for July 10th, 2011 Be sure to be there for each year it will be bigger and better !

1st Annual Rocky's Ride for Shriners
July 12th, 2009 - Events and Everything partnered up with Lee from Shriners Hosptial in Springfield, Rocky's Ace Hardware and Jerry's Custom Cycle Shop for the first annual Rocky's Ride for Shriners. As the Store Manger of Rocky's in South Hadley this event allowed me to utitlize my experience in planning a great event to benefit the Shriners as well as a grassroots event for my full time job. Events and Everything worked with Michelle Newell owner of Jerry's Custom Cycle to plan the event, catered the event and worked on orchestring the raffle prizes. Rockys associates and there spouses particpated in production of the event that day from ticket sales, to food serving, and so many other tasks. This event raised over $5000.00 and Events and Everything and Rocky's Ace Hardware will be running the event on July 11th 2010 for the second annual Rocky's Ride For Shriners, partnering up with the Shriners Teamster Horseman. Many of the vendors and crafters who work with Events and Everything provided raffle prizes to make this event a success. At the 2010 event we hope to have more vendors particpate in this event.
Sadie's Project
April 25th, 2009 Events and Everything created Sadie's Project. Sadie's Project was organized in lovely memory of my six year old boxer Sadie who passed away March 2009. I was able coordinate this program with my employer so that we could host a pet adoption day. We worked with Sarah from the Thomas J OConnor Animal Shelter out of Springfield organzing the pet adoption day. I called upon vendors Ziggie Piggies and Pawsatively Delectable who provided pet related products at the event. Evil Blade Graphics desiged the t-shirts for the event. Below Sarah and I playing with one of the dogs that was up for adoption, six dogs were adopted. The event was so successful other retailers have held this event at there locations.
Craft and Vendor Fairs 2009
In 2009 Events and Everything held 5 Craft and Vendor Fairs, with the biggest turn out being held at Buttery Brook Park in South Hadley. Each year for the past several years we have hosted a Spring, Summer, Fall and two winter events. The pictures below are photgraphs from our events this year. December 5th, 2009 is our next and final Craft fair for 2009. Next year 2010 Events and Everything will host only three Craft fairs with the biggest one being held in the Spring Early Summer at Buttery Brook Park in South Hadley. This is an outdoor event. Our outdoor events feature, music, food, face painting, and this year we featured Snow Cones by Will-n-Daves. Due to the declining economy we have choosen to only hold the three shows yet make them bigger and better than years past. We will be returning to Buttery Brook Park June 12th, 2010 from 9am-4pm for its second annual Summer Craft Show.
Baskets, Apples, Parties and Catering
As part of Events and Everything we offer catering for all types of events specializing in Jack and Jills and Parties. We offer a line of Candied Apples candy, caramel and chocolate smoothered in a variety of candies and cookies.We also create gift baskets for all sorts of occassions, easter, housewarmings, bridal and baby showers, Jack and Jills, fundraisers, raffles and so much more. All baskets are custom order and one of kind.
